Our fees are always structured  in an honest open way and will be agreed  with you before we start your property search.  We charge a retainer which is fully deductable from any final fees. 

The fees will be structured as fixed amounts in bands, it  will never exceed more than 1% of the property price.  The retainer fee covers all of the research, presentation and  two  pre visits to your shortlisted properties for up to six months.  We also have a fee structure which covers the a percentage between the asking price and the acquired price for your property.
