Widely celebrated as the pinnacle of Alpine luxury, Val d'Isère recently secured the title of' best ski resort 'in the Condé Nast Traveller 2025 Readers' Choice Awards, achieving a near-perfect score of 99.17%. This prestigious accolade highlights its unique blend of world-class high-altitude skiing—reaching up to 3,456m—and its authentic, stone-clad village charm.
The resort's real estate market reflects this elite status, consistently ranking as one of the most expensive and resilient in the French Alps. Demand is fuelled by "stealth wealth" investors and a strictly limited supply of new developments.

Tignes is of course directly linked to Val d'Isère via the shared ski domain. It hasn't been through the rapid price increases that Val d'Isère has seen, so one could argue there will be more growth here. Lots of the older buildings are going through drastic transformations to create prime and ultra prime dwellings. Personally we love the openness of Tignes and ran our business' here for many years, with Ellie also having lived here.

This is another firm favourite going through a boom at the moment. Lots of our clients start their search in Val d'Isère and Tignes, but after a visit to Sainte Foy, we can often convert the most die hard Tignes and Val d'Isère fan. North facing skiing over 2000m - yes, family friendly - check, some of the best untracked off piste in the area - closley guarded secret, pretty resort with alpine charm and stunning views, of course. It's around 20 minutes to half an hour to reach la Rosière, Villaroger les Arcs, Tignes and Val d'Isère... Did we mention that average property price for a chalet is currently €10-14K per m2 ?
This family friendly resort and all the surrounding hamlets benefit from all day sunshine and stunning views.
Linked to Italy via La Thuile you can often ski two totally different climates in the same day. Italy and lots of La Rosière often benefit from the 'retour d'est' so like Val d'isère and the back of Sainte Foy, often have more snow than Tignes and Les Arcs. The villages are mostly linked by ski bus. La Rosière prices are slightly cheaper than Val d'Isère and Tignes and a bit more expensive than Sainte Foy (depending on the location) .

The demand for Seez and Bourg Saint Maurice is huge at the moment, especially for those that are seeking to spend larger chunks of time in the mountains. Bourg Saint Maurice has direct train links to Paris and London. The funiculaire is accessed and served by a free navette which runs around Bourg Saint Maurice and takes skiers, bikers and walkers straight into Arc 1600. Bourg is thriving all year round, a hub of activity for sports and nature lovers. Séez is around 5 minutes away and connected by free navette. It is Bourg's sunnier sister and feels a little bit more like a village, but just 5 minutes away from all of the services and activities in Bourg.

We really specialise in ski resorts , however we are always happy to work on a case by case basis if you are looking for something a little bit more bespoke.
