We will arrange visits on your behalf if you are not available to visit, or we will coordinate your schedule if you are. We can arrange live video tours if required. Occasionally we will request the services of  a trusted and insured expert if you are considering renovations or making changes to a property.

Early on in the process we will confirm whether you will be taking a mortgage or purchasing outright. We can discuss what might work and make recommendations for trusted services.  You may want to consider buying as a business which can be fiscally advantageous in some circumstances . This is also the time to talk to currency exchange services to lock in the best rates.

Not for the faint hearted.  We are the first to tell you that renovating in ski resorts is expensive and  complicated. Labour and materials are expensive and there is a limited window where heavy work is permitted, especially in apartment blocks. Competition for skilled  tradespeople is fierce and the best a-z companies are booked years in advance .... Still interested ?  No problem,  we can get you some initial quotes and opinions from local respected trades people and show you real examples of some of their work.

If you are looking at buying off plan, we can help you to select the apartments with the best views.  We have successfully helped buyers negotiate all sorts of things, from moving internal walls, adding or taking away services, even adding a gate and a private garden. Buying off plan can often  get you  exactly what you want if you know  how and when to ask for it. 

When you are ready to make an offer, we will use our property databases to help you to pitch your offer in order to secure the property at the best possible price. Unlike classic agencies we have no obligation to the seller, and our fees are not based on the overall selling prices.
